Clayton Lake State Park, Oklahoma

 Near Clayton, Oklahoma this small park is located in the Kiamichi Mountains and has great trails, wonderful fishing, and feels like you are surrounded by peaceful nature.

 Clayton Lake State Park has 30 RV sites, cabins,  group shelters, tent sites and a fishing dock.

 Nearby to the north is Sardis Lake, a top Bass producing lake that is very popular with fishermen. The Ouachita National Forest is also close by and has several recreational opportunities.

 The Choctaw National Capital Museum is popular with history buffs and is located near Tuskahoma. The Museum contains, among other things, information on Choctaw Code Talkers from WWI & WWII, and was the first capital of the Choctaw nation, now located in Durant.
