Snowdale State Park,
Oklahoma
Located on
beautiful
Lake Hudson near
the town of Salina,
Snowdale is a small
park at just 15
acres that gives you
direct access to the
lake.
The
park hosts the
annual
Lights on Lake
Hudson Christmas
Lights Display
in the Christmas
season, and it looks
like it would be
nice because they
were still out in
summer along with
the
decorations-although
not lit up.
Swimming, boating,
fishing, a
playground, volley
ball net, and group
shelter are all
available at the
park.
RV sites are nice
and this park would
make a nice place to
stay if you ever
want to attend the
Rock Fest
Rocklahoma or
Country Fever Fest,
two of the largest
music festivals in
the nation, in
nearby
Pryor.
Dry
Gulch USA an
1880s village famous
for its Christmas
Train, and a small
site dedicated to
the Civil War
Battle of Locust
Grove are located
nearby.
Each
year Snowdale holds
a
Kids
Fishing Tournament.
The
annual
Dam Jam Bicycle Tour
stops at Snow Dale
and draws riders
from all around the
area.
Claremore
